How low do the E-712's play? At what frequency do you plan to cross to the subs? I hear good things about the Dayton higher lines. EV and Eminence would also be on my list. Is this going to be a DIY project?

Im up for a diy, but i would like to avoid making another box if possible, the E-712's can according to specs go to 28hz, and from testing I would really say that is accurate. The problem is they lack the ability to produce a very loud thunderous bass for say an explosion in a movie. I will probably cross teh sub off at about 50-60hz.

The Sonicraft NRT is on sale right now at Madisound. Shouldn't be a problem finding a prefab box for them : http://www.madisound.com/pdf/SC12NRT.pdf

Dayton's are absolutely amazing for the money imo. That's one company that has yet to disappoint me...
