Kyle, flipping the room 180 is a good idea.. just not sure if I want people walking in in the front.. I'll have to check it out..
With an overhead projector they shouldn't be interfering in the picture throw much because they'll be walking under the projector. Just a thought.

Also, I noticed the dimensions are 12' x 27'. That is good, but if your cabinets and counter behind the bar take up about 3' of room you'll end up with approximately 12' x 24' which isn't very good for acoustics and you'll end up with some nasty peaks and nulls. Avoid room dimensions where the width will divide evenly into the length. Just another thing to keep in mind.

oh, I picked up a used Sony VPH-G70 CRT FP.. 180+ lbs.. ouch..
