From what I have seen it there isnt that much snow, more ice and blistering cold temperatures. NY has had some very mild winters the past 5 years or so, we get our whopper 4-5ft storms 1-2 times a year, nothing 1 day at home doesnt take care of

You think minneapolis is comparable to us? lol... I've lived in both towns, minneapolis is a joke compared to here...

Try to picture 22' of snow burying roads, with holes bored to get into town. Entire tractor/trailers enveloped in a drift from stopping for the night due to loss of visibility Literally buried, from wheels to the top of the van... Minneapolis has wind breaks, we on the other hand, do not, and we pay for it. Farming has eliminated all our wind breaks, and it tears this area apart constantly.

It takes 2 days to remove most of the problem, in town. People out in the rural areas need 4wd or a very forgiving job.

For that price, and the location, I'd say he has it down pat...

you SURE it's a V8? i had a 91 which went to over 200,000 with no probs and no rust (but I do live in So. Cal). I can almost guarantee GM didn't make any S-10s with a V8.

CS1, unless my eyes deceive me, or I'm dyslexic, I'm positive the ad in the car trader said 1991 V8 S10. They are quite the popular conversion, I just wish GM had made it an option way back...
