I have $650 from insurance $$ for a replacement hood, and i can get a more expensive hood if i kick in a little.... if anyone has any suggestions other than the ones that i listed, please feel free to add suggestions.
I have three hoods that i am looking at. This first one is Terena's Favorite, and i like all three.

well with your comment in the subject line (for now)....you may as well face facts you have an f-body. and if the hood looks like it should be functional....then by all means it should be functional.

soooo can all three be made functional?
easily?

how about some photochop work to make them all black as your Z is all black. this would be better to judge with.

but going from the given pics and only going on looks......
i choose the third one.
the first one looks kinda cheesy to me. like something was just placed on the hood and then attached and glassed in pllace.

i have seen the second one a few times and i like it.

but the third one just stands way out and above the others IMHO.
it just seems to flow better.

I literally hate the first one... the second is ok... the third is the best IMO...

I agree with you Ron...I prefer the second and then the third...I guess the third one just looks like it would be a more common hood...

I go 3,2,1 personally, though 3 is a bit WS6 firechicken-ish

IMO the third is the best- its much sleeker and looks like it should go there. The first one looks like its just out of place sticking up to far, as does the second, but not as much as the first.
