Yessir, I don't think it's *as* effective as an aftermarket unit... :(

Yup, it's been rebuilt...about 8-10k on it right now. I can't wait to make some serious numbers with it....mwhahaha.

Hehehe...two... :p

You know we wanna see your slips from the track. Definitely a nice car from the pics you showed me.

Is it gonna be as fast as this thing?

Just recently installed a tubular header, Greddy T78-29D turbo, Lexus AFM and 550cc injectors. Am currently running ~14.5psi and she flies... :D (Read: much, much, much faster than stock)

Engine management would be nice to lean this thing out though...that, and a biggah intercoolah...all to come this summer, I hope. :)

good lord, a T78, when does that thing spool?

if you are going engine management, skip the piggybacks, don't waste your money, go direct to a full ECU system. You will thank me (and yourself) later when you stop f'ing around with engine hacks and do it right (from the school of 2 different piggybacks before going fully programmable)

1st gear I have ~4psi by redline, 2nd I have ~12-13psi by redline.

Spool in 1st is around 4.5k, 2nd is around 4k, same with 3rd.

I've been throwing around the idea of upgrading the springs, retainers and cams to bump up the redline at least by 1k, if not more.

And I've also been thinking about throwing in the 3.90's that came with the car, instead of the 4.30's in it now (better gas mileage, and possibly better spool with the 3.90's).

I would go full standalone but I don't want to have that many variables with engine tuning when it's still my DD...until it becomes my weekend/fun car, I'll use a piggyback to lean out the fuel curve to gain some power and save me some coin at the pump. :D

wagz, no worries on the stock HG...mine was rebuilt with a MHG. :)

Heavily contemplating moving to a GT35R this summer...would like a quicker spooling turbo with comparable top-end potential. Should work out pretty well...500whp, here I come! :D
