New Wheels, Sneak Peek Pics

Postby josh99ta » Sun Jul 23, 2006 3:49 pm

Got them on yesterday and didnt have a chance to snap pics until last night. Used a point and shoot (Canon SD630 Elph), the car was dirty, and the wheels hadn't been cleaned up yet either so these pictures only give you a rough idea. The car still wont be cleaned up but later today when the light is right I'm going to go snap some more pictures that aren't night shots and update this post with the new pics to hopefully show the wheels more clearly.

When I get a chance to really clean the car up and borrow the good camera I'll have some better shots up. Just a little sneak peek to give you an idea though...

Weren't you the one whining something about being in debt and contemplating selling the car? How does this help with that? Just curious, seems like another contradiction...

Check the dates. Used to be pretty bad off but a new job came through and I'm on top of things. Had to buy new tires anyway, why not get some new wheels while I'm at it and sell the old ones to recoup some of the initial cost? Seems like a no-brainer to me.

No need to check anything, Bubba. Just thought that maybe if you're getting caught up and what not, might be smart to put a little away before spending a bunch on something like that, but your last statement seems to sum it up. You weren't using your brain ;) :p

Suddenly it's all very clear...

Finally went with the black rims I see...Can't decide if I like them. I did like your old ones, but those insides would've looked better with a lip like this...Got to agree with mack, hold on to the night, er, I mean money and save/invest a little...enjoy more later...
