This is why I did not spend the extra $10 on copper coils. I havent used copper coils but they are sapposed to make the woofers more bottom heavy while hindering top end
ppose that could happen, but I think it's a bad generalization. That
is much more dependent on the design. It cannot just be blamed on the material, or assumed that this will happen based on the use of the material.

I'd rather not risk it. High inductance will always run the risk of killing upper end and copper coils generally mean higher inductance. Besides, they didnt have copper coils in D1 so I would have had to wait another week for the moofers.

Yeah. They sent the wrong set. I was kind of irritated but I'm waiting for the car to get here to see if it is possible to use them. If it isnt I am going to go raise caine on the phone. If I can fit them then they just gave away $40.
