wow, very impressive. i really need to redo mine. it's got some nice reflection after the 4 coats. just wait to you apply wax on it.
did you paint the inner lip of the flush mounting ring? i can't really tell from all of the painting pics but it looks a little bare. lol i didn't get mine and it's visible with the sub mounted.

thanks derek, and yes fbi9090, I DID paint it, mainly because of overspray, hah!

final pics in the car... oh, and I decided to make an amp rack on the opposite side of the sub, facing the sub.

Man!!! First time on this thread. Just read the entire thing. AWESOME job man!!! Makes me want to try building a fiberglass enclosure. . .

Thanks, for my first fiberglass job, I'm definately happy with myself, I wouldn't say it's that hard, just a lot of steps, and when something seems too hard, it's just a matter of figuring out what to change. I tried my best to mention the best tips and tricks I came across.


how long did it take to load all the pics? I took over 300 pictures for this small project, haha.
