Ok... here it is...

Product Unit Price Qty Total
----------------------------------------------------------------------
RAAMmat BXT™ roll 118.96 1 118.96
Ensolite™ MLC yards 11.96 3 35.88
V&S Spray Adhesive cans 7.66 2 15.32
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sub Total $170.16
Shipping: UPS Ground $14.30
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Total $184.46

62.5sq feet of mat
42sq feet of the closed cell foam

this will be only to cover the floorboards to reduce road noise. As my buddy put it yesterday. "In a small car like that, you don't need much to get it like a luxury car". He's of course talking about road noise levels.

Right now I'm not ready to do the stereo install, So I'll just be putting down the mat & foam on the floors, and running a pair or two of RCA's while i have the car stripped.

If weather & UPS permits, should be doing this next week and have some pics of the process.

Eventually, when I have the time and money to finish the install... here are the parts:

DECK: DENONFORD (denon/fosgate) the cheaper one with the AUX
X-OVR: AudioControll 2XS
EQ: Audio Controll EQT's Dual Mono 30band
Tweet: Audax
Mid: CSS wr125s 4.5"
MidBass: Adire Koda8

8's in the doors
4's & tweet in pods on the dash

I'll also be rigging up the stock ipod connector into the system.
